Bill was introduced to music at the early age of 5 by his father who played upright bass. As a youngster, Bill played at church services as he mastered the Hammond organ while studying classical music. Some years later Bill was teaching private organ and piano lessons as well as working at Petit Music and Warwick Musical. As a member of a southern rock band, Bill performed on the Hammond B3 organ in the 1970’s.
